Is the gym 24 hours?

Yes, all members pay the same price for 24-hour acccess.

What age is allowed on the floor?

16 years and older with membership

-14-15 with accompanied adult and membership

*Absolutely no children under the age of 14 are allowed in the gym for safety and liability.

Do you offer Fitness classes?

Yes, we will offer a variety of fitness classes from beginners to advanced.  Coming soon.

Do you have personal trainers?

Yes, we have trainers to help you meet your fitness goals.

Do you have a dress code?

Yes, we are a family-friendly gym.  Proper shoes and shirts must be worn by both male and female members.

What age can use the tanning booth?

Texas law states that tanning is limited to ages 18 and up.

Is 24-hour access provided through a key fob?

No, it is provided through the Kisi app.  An separate email will be sent with instructions after signup.
